(NYSE: DSX), (the “Company”), a global shipping company specializing in the ownership and bareboat charter-in of dry bulk vessels, today reported net income of $3.1 million and net income attributable to common stockholders of $1.7 million for the fourth quarter of 2025. This compares to net income of $9.7 million and net income attributable to common stockholders of $8.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2024. Earnings per share for the fourth quarter of 2025 were $0.02 basic and diluted, compared to $0.07 basic and $0.02 diluted in the same quarter of 2024.
